Stir together olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and lime juice in a shallow dish, add in sliced steak and spoon mixture evenly of the steak. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes, turning once. Grill bell peppers, onions and meat until tender and done. Serve on warm flour tortillas with your favorite fajita toppings.
